My latest!
“Daily Special”
8” x 10”
Here is another finished piece that I had shown the process of making about a month ago. She graces the front page of my website and I hope you guys like the finished product.
“Untitled” 16” x 20”
It is finally finished!! Using cut outs from magazines I composed each object into a letter of the alphabet and then drew each letter using graphite. Enjoy!
“Alphabet” 16” x 20”
I was able to meet up with my very good friend and talented jewelry maker Rachel Albright this morning for coffee and to trade our latest work. I fell in love with this necklace the second I laid eyes on it and I cannot believe it is mine to keep!! I love bold jewelry and her designs hit the mark exactly. Her line is sold at Need Supply, Quirk and you can also check out her Etsy here:
Quirk took some great images from the Super Sketch event that happened on the 19th. Such beautiful and new work was created before every ones eyes from 6-9 and was sold at the end of the night. If you couldn’t make it don’t worry, another Super Sketch will be held at Quirk in January where you will be able to grab some great work from the most talented artists in Richmond.
Thank you Diana for the amazing images!
Alright I am about a quarter of a way through my abstract alphabet and I am really excited about how it is coming along. The finished piece will be 16” x 20” and created using graphite.
Hope to see you there
I came across David Poolman’s work above and I love it.
